La Louise Venue in Pretoria North offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable celebration—whether it’s a wedding, anniversary party, conference, graduation, or year-end function.

Our spacious, linen-draped hall, beautifully illuminated with fairy lights, creates a magical atmosphere ideal for weddings and special occasions and conferences, accommodating up to 300 guests. 

Prefer a garden wedding? Say “I do” beneath our charming outdoor gazebo, surrounded by lush gardens, towering trees, and tranquil fountains.

Our all-inclusive packages start from 40 guests and can be tailored to suit your vision

Terms & Conditions

  • A minimum of 100 adult guests are required on Saturdays from October – December.
  • Children between 4 – 10 years is R250 per child and is not included in the price list
    above.
  • Functions between May and July get 10% discount

Main hall

  • Venue Hire for 8 hours
  • 3 Course Buffet Menu
  • 1 Bottle of Champagne on each 10 seater table + 1 on Bridal table
  • 2 jugs of Juice on each 10 seater table + 1 on Bridal table
  • Welcoming drinks, juice, sprite and Stoney
  • Waiters + 1 Event manager
  • Room for the day to get ready from 8:00 – 18:00

  • 1 hour appointment for a table setting and final arrangements. (Extra table setting at
    R250)
  • An Item from the excluded section cannot be exchanged for an item in the included
    section.
  • The prices above are set prices and will not decrease by cutting items from the included
    section.
  • If there is an item that is not listed above that you want, we can rent it in at an additional
    cost.

  • No discounts when client bring own furniture or decor.
  • Children under 4 years are free, unless they want to be seated at a table then it is R150
    per child
  • Children 4- 10 years pay R250 per child
  • Once booked for a number of guests the number can increase but may not be
    decreased.
  • If you bring your own DJ, he must be registered with SAMRO and there will be a service
    fee of R1500 and no base bins allowed. He must provide a SAMRO certificate and he
    must sign a contract with the venue to ensure he keeps to our regulations. Our DJ will
    still be on standby to ensure that your DJ keeps to regulations.
  • If you bring a live band, there will be a service fee of R1500. The band must sign a contract with the venue to ensure that they keep to our regulations. Bands are allowed to
    play only inside of hall not outside.
  • We have a generator as back up for load shedding.
  • This price list is only valid for 3 months.
  • To secure your date, a deposit of R10 000 is required, that will be deducted from total
    amount owing as well as a signed contract.
